  1. I installed the trial version and connected to the mac a QuickCam® Sphere MP (V-UA Y22) but nothing happens - I can see the control panel but everything is disabled - The upper menu (where in the figure above is written Logitec Camera QuickCam® Sphere MP) is empty, and not selectable...

    Am I missing something?? Thx...

    1. Logitech makes different models of QuickCam Orbit/Sphere MP, some of them are UVC compatible and works on a Mac. Some of them requires special driver and doesn't work on a Mac. Can you check you Logitech QuickCam® Sphere MP and see what is the USB product ID? Only USB PID 0x08CC will work on a Mac.

  2. Hi! I no longer have manual for Orbit and do not know which camera I have. It's from 2006. But nothing lights up when I plug it into the USB port

  3. I bought Orbit Command today on App Store for my QuickCam Orbit Sphere MP (V-UAY22) but nothing happens, everything is disable.
My MacOs is Catalina and try on my Macbook Pro and is's the same.
If the app is not able to work I need a REFUND AND THE PROCEDURES TO DO SO.
